1. Object

The Owner entrusts the Manager with the golf car listed below for rental operations in Somabay.

2. Duration

The contract lasts 12 months from ____________ and renews automatically unless terminated with 30 days' written notice. Monthly fees increase by 10% annually.

4. Maintenance

Manager covers regular maintenance (cleaning, tires, brakes, lights, minor repairs). Owner is responsible for battery, motor, and major parts unless damaged by Manager. Payments are suspended if the car is unavailable due to Owner's responsibility.

5. Owner Use

The Owner may request personal use of their golf car with at least 10 days' notice. If unavailable, the Owner may use a similar available car at no charge.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. For Option A, early termination (before 12 months) requires compensation: 1 month (6–12 months into contract) or 2 months (under 6 months). Option B/C are not subject to this penalty.

7. Liability

The Manager is liable for incidents during rental operations; the Owner is liable during personal use.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are settled through mutual negotiation or, failing that, in competent courts under Egyptian law.
